Yes. Every Aegira account starts with a minimum of 3 Full seats, which equals $57/month on a monthly plan. Beyond that, you can add or remove seats each month. There are no long-term contracts required on monthly plans.
Full seats are for safety leaders, supervisors, and anyone who needs to create, assign, and manage safety work. They include unlimited forms and inspections, advanced analytics, full access to meetings, employees, contractors, SDS, training, and more.
Lite seats are for occasional or task-level users. They can complete a limited number of forms (24 per year), perform inspections (12 per year), report incidents, complete training, and access their information via the mobile or web app.
For simplicity, each company account is billed either monthly or annually. You can switch from monthly to annual at renewal and receive a 17% discount when paying annually. When you switch, all active seats on that account move to the new billing cycle.

We accept major credit and debit cards for self-serve plans. For larger deployments, we can also support invoicing and purchase orders on annual agreements.
Aegira will notify your admins when Lite users approach their annual limits. You can either upgrade those users to Full seats or adjust how forms are assigned. We don’t silently lock people out; you’ll have clear visibility so there are no surprises.
